I just gonna complain!!!! I'd been being very suay in office recently, either kio sai or kanna backstabed. Then nvm, I thought the bad luck ends in office.. And then i met with

I called M1 customer service line in attempt to change my dad's service plan. Conversation went like this:

Me: "Hi, i'd like to make a change of service plan for my father

Operator: ok. May i have your father's details pls?

Me (gave full name and NRIC): I'd like to change to your DIY plan

Operator: Sorry mdm, there wasnt a DIY plan

Me: Yes, you have. It's stated in your website...

Operator: Sorry mdm, i couldnt find it here

Me: You go to your website, go to the service plan site then you stroll down, can see a DIY plan??

Operator: ok mdm, i saw it now! I'll change to DIY plan.

Me (-_-ll): ok. Then can i add on 200 mins of talktime? (btw, DIY plan meaning you can customised your plan and add talktime to the plan)

Operator: erm.. Mdm, i'm afraid you cant add...

Me (-_-lllll): Yes you can. Same website, you stroll down further? Can see?? add 100 mins pay $10.70??

Operator: oh. ya ya!! ok. I'll add for you now. So mdm, can i just confirm with you that your father's plan will be changed to DIY plan with additional 200 mins of talktime?

Me: Yes pls.Thank you.

End of call.... 3 mins later, to my horror, i received a sms saying my plan had been successfully changed to DIY with additional 200mins from tomorrow onwards.

Quickly, i called M1 customer service line again and now, it's another operator picked up the call. So i explained my story and told him that i think the lady must have changed for the wrong person.

Operator B: Sorry mdm, sorry mdm. Am very sorry. Now, can i confirm your dad's particulars with you again?

Me (*sigh): ok. (gave NRIC and full name) So, my original plan will be changed back?

Operator B: Very sorry mdm. I'm afraid my colleague had already did the change for you and i cannot reverse it. I can only change back your plan tomorrow. Which means, your plan will be changed to DIY plan for 1 day tomorrow and will change it back to SunSaver plan the day after.


Me (wth!!): This is your customer service's mistake and it's caused me many inconvenienced and now you're saying my plan will be changed to DIY plan for 1 day?
(*Explanation: My SunSaver plan allows me to call 3 M1 no. for free. And since i call zj daily, it's very impt for me to call him for free...)

Operator B: Very sorry mdm. I really cannot reverse the change. The earliest i could help you change is tomorrow. So, you'll still have to take 1 day of DIY plan.

Me (unbelievable, gave up): ok. nvm then. So, pls help to change my dad's plan

Operator B: ok mdm, i'll need to talk to your father to confirm the change of plan for him. May i know if your father is with you now?

Me: No. He's not with me now. I cannot confirm for him?

Operator B: Nope mdm, because this plan is under your father's name. So i need to speak to him.

Me: ok then. I'll get him to call you later.

Operator B: Thanks mdm. So how do i address you? Mrs See?

Me (*_*lll): Mr See is my father, call me Ms See. Thank you.

OperatorB: oh! sorry sorry sorry sorry sorry sorry sorry sorry sorry sorry sorry sorry....

I thought this whole change hp plan drama is over.. Nvm.. it continues today when i received my bill. For the first time, my bill shot up to >$90. Usually my plan is $30+ one ok... S i quickly call the M1 line again... and explained my story all over again and asked if they'd made a mistake in the billing..

Operator C: I'm really very very very sorry mdm. I think the previous operator forgot to activate back your 3 M1 no for you after changing back your plan. I'm really sorry mdm...

Me (omg.. how can this be happening???): So, can i tell you my 3 numbers now?

Operator C: yes mdm... (then get the no from me, check check check...)

Operator C: Mdm, i'd checked your phone calls for the month of Nov. Your total discount for the 3 M1 no should be $xxx and now your bill reflects a discount of $xxx for you. So i'll credit $50 (the balance) to your account now. I'll also activate your 3 free M1 no now. Upon activation you'll receive an sms confirming the 3 M1 numbers.

Me (sigh sigh sigh...): ok.. Thanks..

Wait wait wait... 30 mins liao... Still havent receive any sms... Call M1 AGAIN. Explain story AGAIN.

Operator D: ok mdm. I'd checked. Your 3 M1 no. had been activated. But you didnt receive any sms notification?

Me: no.

Operator D: ok. I'm sorry mdm. I think the notification failed to sent you. But your 3 M1 no had been activated.

Me: ok.. Thanks..

I hope this is the end of it. !@#$%^&*()

Blue Coloured Cartoon Character

Though i'm neutral towards blue colour, but somehow, i like blue coloured cartoon characters...

As a friend of Enshan, i guess there's no surprise to see that my cute is normally related to the cartoon character starting with the letter "D"?

A Doraemon cake!! Hee... The cake wasnt meant for me. My colleagues and I bought it from Polar for another colleague's birthday. And since i'm sharing, of coz they let me choose the design right? Or maybe they let me choose Doraemon cake becoz they know the consequence of not buying? (i'll keep nagging and whining and nagging and whining and nagging and whining and nagging and whining and nagging and whining and nagging and whining and ..... more nagging and whining... even more nagging and whining...)

Sorry ah.. HP camera not very clear..Now 2 megapixel not enough liao.. Time to change a phone? hmm... $$$...

Then one day, i received news from a friend that Action City is selling Doraemon soft toy dressed in Kimono!! As a vivid Doraemon fan, i rushed to the nearest Action City and see what i found?? (oei Elmo! Don peep! Not taking your photo!)

Happy thing is, my manager, whom just left my company bought me 2 of them as my farewell gift.. Can you believe/imagine how happy i am?? Coz i was about to go buy all 4 after work that day..

Thurs evening, before she left office...

A: This is my farewell present for you. Aiyah.. No need guess you should know what i buy for you. I dont even bother to wrap..

Me: oh? What you bought? (*open plastic bag. The Kimono Doraemon!!!) Wah!!! How you know i was about to buy??? How you know i like Doraemon?? *kisses...

Bear in mind that though she's my manager, i wasnt close to her at all...

My brother and I was driving along Still Road last sat when i suddenly saw this. I shouted so abruptly and sharply that my brother almost emergency brake on the car... Cant blame me for my excitment right? Look what i saw??

If you're as crazy as Doraemon as me and saw this Doraemon van drive past beside you... Erm... Or maybe, next time if you see this van drive past, dont stand near me. Probably you wish not to know this crazy woman besides you...

Wu Zun came down to Sg last week.. And i happened to hear on yes 933 that he's coming to Bugis junction for some publicity on his new movie, Butterfly Lovers. Quickly rush to Bugis junction after work that day (lolz... so near my workplace...)

2 megapixel hp camera dont expect too much lah... Can see his face good liao.. And the crowd is horrible lor.. Not only girls.. He seems to attract quite a bit of male fans also.. hmm... gay~~~

I'm back to where i started

It's a horrible 2 months. First, i decided to quit and join a local MNC. It took some time and a lot of courage to move away from my very familiar and homely environment and venture into something totally new. New colleagues, new office and new job scope.

It wasnt smooth sailing there. Colleagues arent very friendly, so i'm much of a loner. Nvm about it actually, it's more of the job scope that i thought it doesnt suits me. So, i think i better move on and dont waste people's time.. I mean, it's better to leave asap than to leave half yr or 1 yr later when i'm fully trained right?

Then i been through a terrible 2 weeks which i struggled so hard to pull myself out of a dilema. Though i received quite a few negative feedbacks and objections, i still decided to go back to my previous company...

This whole incident just felt like a nightmare. I hope my nightmare is ending soon. I guess the coming 2 weeks, i'll be quite amused and entertained by J, someone who is extremely upset by my decision to leave.

I dont mean to be sacastic but i feel like a maid when working with J. She'd do this to me:

Incident #1
J (calling from a meeting room) : Can you come over for a while?

Me (obediently drop everything and walk over)

J: I think i've a missing cable here. Can you call the hotel to check if it's there? (show me the bag with missing cable)

Me: (i'm -_-lll) ok

Call hotel to check for missing cable, cannot just tell me over the phone?? Dont need me to walk all the way down and see that there's no cable right??

Incident #2
J (calling from her desk) : Can you come over for a while?

Me (drop everything and walk over, again)

J (pick up her phone and starts to call another person) : hello? xx ah? blah blah blah blah.. *laugh laugh blah blah...

Me (sits infront of her and stare at her... -_-lll)

J (puts down phone) : oh ya. i forgot what i want to tell you.

WTF.

Incident #3
J: Can you go to the hotel and set up room tomorrow morning?

Me: Set up? Whats there to set up?

J (looks at me blankly)

Me: You mean, put the files and door gifts on the table?

J : Ya.

There're only 12 files and 12 pcs of door gifts. So difficult to put them on the table meh? Need me to travel all the way down to hotel to put for her and go back office??? Btw, she'll be there the whole day...

J: When you ask me what set up, i dont know what to answer you leh. The files lor...

Precisely!! Just the files lor!!!

Me: ok.

Incident #n
J (calling from her desk) : I want to talk to you.

Me: ok. When?

J: er.. I dont know. I'm busy now, i'll let you know later at 5pm

It's Friday, 4.45pm and i'm suppose to knock off @ 5.30pm

Me: or you want to talk on monday instead?

J: No. I must talk to you before the weekend.

So i waited... Called me into her desk @ 5.20pm

J: ok. Work first. *nitty gritty things... (Finished in 15mins and no non-work after work that)

Such small things = must talk to me before weekend? *faintz...

Me: I'm tendering.

I want to quit becoz of the job scope. I couldnt stay any longer becoz of her.

This is 小中's cage. Male Pearl White Hamster, son of 乐乐 and 妮妮.

There he is.. Likes to sleep on 2nd floor, sand bath room.
He refused to come out of his cozy room. Couldnt get a good picture of him. Anyway, he didnt change much from this previous photo of him.

妮妮's cage. Mother of 3. The smallest size of all 5 hammies. She managed to keep slim and healthy by constant exercising and being the most alert of all. There she is, under her little pink exercise wheel...

She realised somebody is near her cage! Looks up...
Found me!

多多 - Daughter of the family. We always say she's the most tamed hamster ever... When you bring her out of cage, unlike other hamsters who likes to struggle and run away, she simply stay put and let you sayang her.

Frankly, i'd say at the same time, she's the laziest of all. Her actions are slowest and she sleeps like a panda... Most of the time, she's either stonning or sleeping.
A closer look at her...
I managed to irritate her a little. She peeks out of her house and turn back to sleep right after that. Ignoring me...
乐乐 and 小白's cage. The biggest of all cages. Bo bian, 2 of them mah.. So must buy a bigger cage.

They normally likes to enjoy the new, clean sand after i'd washed the cage and replaced the dirty sand with new ones..
2 of them. The one inside is 小白. Greediest hamster i'd ever seen. Eat and snatch food and eat and plead for more food always... He's those typical cowardly bully where he'll try to snatch his father's (乐乐) food and then cry for help when 乐乐 gets angry.
乐乐, being the most doting father. Always takes care of 小白by letting him sleep inside while he guards the door and put up with his bullies... Though he may flare up once in a while and chase 小白away (the latter immediately squeek and run for his life), he's usually very giving towards his son.

They usually looks much cuter at night when they can open their eyes fully (like 小中's photo above). Afternoon's sun is kind of too bright for them. But they're too fast for photos at night..

Anyone understand hamster behaviours?

This is my hamster cage... Please take a look at top right hand corner of cage...

I think it's a relatively big cage for the 2 little rodents in it... But what i dont understand is, both of them likes to squeeze into this very confined space and "hang" there like an owl...

And when they want to come down, they'll just jump.

How can somebody resist this?? Saw this cute little bunny at Takashimaya while i'm trying to get a baby gift for little Eunice (zj's niece)...
Ended up, i got a baby gift for little Eunice and a gift for big baby Enshan... muahaha....
Zj name him as Bun Bun (derived from word "Bunny") After that we make fun of Bun Bun's name which sounds like Bun3 Bun3, aka double A when you play poker (er shi yi dian). So we say we'll bring Bun Bun along when we play poker.. Muahaha...

Btw, some updates... I quit my job already.. No, i didnt win the $8 million toto (damn! There goes my $2 quickpick... sob sob...). Gotten a new job, doing a very different job function, still within HR though... New office will be at China Square Central, free to meet up for lunch anyone?

First day of work on last thurs, miss my ex colleagues already... Had been telling them how much i miss them.. Haha.. I forgot how hard it is to start everything all over again, learn new processes, meet new colleagues or even the simplest, learn how to use the photocopier.

But nvm! The almighty Enshan will pick things up soon and get adapted to my new life!!!

Talks about new life... YQ is getting married!! Opps.. Am i suppose to announce here? Haha... Dont think she'll mind right? Seems like everyone knows already... Got her these pigs, knowing that she loves pigs... Piggy groom and bride..
