Festive-mood Hangover

I'd been feeling extra tired these few days. Not sure if it's because i'm really tired or it's because festive-mood hangovers? Or maybe it's both. And actually it's not really that i don have the time to blog, but because i root my butt to the sofa set, infront of the TV, most of the time after work. So, it's either that my house have wireless network, so that i can surf net while watching TV or i buy a TV and put it in my room. I'll try, i'll try...

So anyway, i was looking through my camera's photo just now and realised i havent post this pic up. A pleasant surprise i had on Boxing Day! Saw this pile of Xmas presents on my desk when i got to office in the morning! Haha.. Nice right? They're from colleagues who didnt manage to give me the present before i go on leave! Woohoo!!! Nice sight...

And today, i took another pic of my desk!

The little baby panda (my wallpaper) is a real panda! Anyway, that is not the main thing. See the eeyore on the left? It's a speaker!! The sound comes from its legs! It's a very very early valentine's day present from 'lao gong' aka Yuqi. (sorry girl, didnt mean to announce our relationship so openly, but it's an open secret anyway right? haha... opps!) The story behind goes like this...

One fine day, i saw this cute eeyore speaker at Kiddy Palace while i'm in the midst of sms-chatting with Yuqi. We're talking about Valentine's day. We've this habit of giving valentine's day present to each other (including Fangmin of coz).

So i say 'you got idea what to buy for me already? If not, i got something in mind. $12.90... =)' (thinking about the eeyore...)

She say 'I bought your present liao. Just too bad! But very qiao leh. It's same price....'

Me 'Oh. It's eeyore stuff lah anyway. Dont tell me what you bought also eeyore?'

She 'yes.... omg, is it the same?'

Me 'It's an eeyore speaker!'

And ta-dah! She indeed understand me enough to buy me a present just what i want her to. Smuak Smuak to Yuqi!! So now the eeyore happily sits besides my computer and plays me songs... Besides eeyore, that cute, small elephant is the message recorder soft toy Zengjia gave me for my birthday. heehee...

Thought about W/L balance (work-life balance) today... Wondering if i have any. Answer is, i do have W/L balance, but i dont have S/S balance (save-spend balance/spend-save balance). Because if i have the money to save, i don have the money to spend and vice versa. Guess it's pretty much the same as everyone else? Haha... But lucky thing is at least i have W/L balance right? I can knock off on time, can stop worrying about work after office hours. Guess i' quite lucky already... And yes, i'm a happy girl...

New Year Resolution No 2: Implement S/S balance!
